Remember abt my friend yang kena tipu masa nak sewa rumah dulu . Refer to my old post . Yesterday my friend tag me in a facebook comment pasal kes penipuan kat Puchong. It similar and guess what ... orang yang sama .. Yes .. sama .. and my friend dulu kena tipu dekat CNY and this couple pun sama gak. And guess what... at the same times pun ada another couple yang kena. So ni adalah IC tipu dia.. So everyone sila la sebarkan ..

Welcome 2013

Wow ..time fly  quite fast and now we entering 2013. Although 2012 is a fast one but looking back.. it does has lots of thing happen. Last year is the start of so many thing .. i opened my own business although it seems to be more to hobby than getting money but I just love it and happy with it. It was one of the day that I'm looking forward to. I also officially public mutual agent although my first customer pun tak lepas2 lagi nih but I'm happy doing it as it force me to learn other thing. Something that I never care when I become customer.  I also  start running for 17km and 21km.. and looking forward to complete at least a full marathon in 2013 .. i hope. And guess what ... finally i learn how to put make up although it still messy but at least I'm not shy to put it on and so far nobody ask me if I'm sick ( maybe ada kot but more on talk at the back  -- gile nye pompuan ni make up.. mcm mata panda). Thanks to friends who always give the support for all to happen. Besides that I have addition a new family member when my sister get hitch last Oct. Now officially only me yg masih single in the family .. huhhuu...  Overall I think I did grow a bit mentally and not to mention also physically throughout the year.

Among those yg happen, one thing that I dont really enjoy but somehow it give the biggest impact in my life is running...  Dont get me wrong .. i do enjoy the companionship .. the milo drink or the practise  cum bfast trip that we do  but to run 3 hours is sooo boring .. and not to mention kepenatan bangun pagi and after effect. But through running it teach me that as long as you believe .. you can do it. Looking at myself.. last 2 years I can't even run for 5 mins. Ppl who running .. i alway tie it to those ex-athlete .. and now i run for 3 hours .. although masih kura2 and not run all the way but it really achievement to me. Along the way I also see ppl are suffering to finish the run but yet they try and keep try and try to complete it.. Somemore,  I just love my buddy run - ejah, nena and raf  for their commitment  and their strong will to compete it. They give me motivation to step further and further each year. 2013 we plan for Sabah jungle marathon. I hope we can make it :).
If you know me so well, I always had this mindset that some ppl might have a genetic of winner  .. (yes i know life is unfair on one side .. but pls see from both side) ... but running prove to me perseverance will always paid off.
I hope 2013 will fill up with new stufff and also new improvement on the old stuff.. Looking forward to 2013.. I dont have any specific resolution .. I just want to become a better person from 2012. Happy New Year ..

Shopaholic in return

OMG .... i think and im sure the shopaholic in me has return back .. uhuhuhh ( or does it ever leave me). Yesterday I checked all my credit card bills and guess what ... the total amounted more than double of my credited pay. that is for 1 month expenses... I dont know what get into me but I have been spending like crazy.. It seems every day  there is something that i buy .... name it ... all items i have this month. Clothes? Shoes? Books? Stove? House hacking fees? Phone? Sim card? Broadband? Computer stuff? Innerwear? car stuff? Clothes hang ? Raya Cookies? Travel?.. Yes I have buy it all. Lucky my baju raya is done last 2 months and I have lots of kebaya to choose. ( i already had 2 for myself last 2 weeks. Will blog that separately).  I kind of broke till the point that I feels so relieved that I already buy luggage for my Raya tix. I even took the money in my purse and leave it only RM40 to control my expense. And just when I think it ENOUGH ... suddenly Fashionvalet announce 40% disc on all items for 15 mins.. And I just happen on both my PC trying to install iwork and saw that announcement. Guess what ?? I placed order for the Glammies Moccasin Me in Red. Its leather ... and after discount will be RM90.. So tempting right? I do have some urge to buy some other sandal from Glam rock Chic but lucky I wasn't that crazy. I still have slight logical mind which tell me that Im not going to wear this 4 inch heels. Oohh GOD..... I have to disconnect my credit card from paypal and ... do I need to to put my credit card in the freezer?????? The bad thing abt this ... as I haven't go through the pain of paying the credit card yet, I feel it ok.. Wait until after raya when all the bils is due... :(

Woowww... it seems ages since i last touch this blog. Uhuhhhu .. i still here in the same place that i was last year .. admiring people life from far... Sad isn't it... Sometimes I try to tell people what I feel ... the feeling of wasting my time  but they keep on telling me I'm doing good for my life but that wasnt the point. The feeling is still there... its not that I want to be the first one who found the unnamed star or untouch land.. Maybe it got to be about how much i spend my time to do something that meaningful to myself. However ... i do not feel it  last 2 days... How do I know that? Suddenly .... facebook is less apealing that doing "your" stuff or stalking people life wasnt the first thing u do when u open the chrome.... Please let the fire burning ... :)....

fraud .. scam ... or con .. or whateva u want to call it.

A friend of mine kena con for abt 5k worth of money.. I was literally there .. at least for the 2nd where she lost 3k.. It unbelievable .. I can be me .. and it can be anybody.... SO let me share the story at least someone who read might tell their friend and their friend will tell others which might help other ppl as well..
 It started when she saw ad pasal hse to rent on Friday. She went to see the house and it was perfectly good with fully furnished and so good. The rent is quite cheap - RM650. Actually there are a few people that interested to see the hse and schedule around the same time. But she come a bit early, so get to see the house first.. ( that what she thought)... She fall in love with it automatically.  So she agreed and the owner which claimed to be from KL want the money immediately 3+ 1/2 month deposit & advance rent. He give her the hse key and copy of agreement for her to read. After getting the key, she went out and withdraw money to secure the deal. She passed the money to him ~ RM2000 and they even had a good time chatting. He did give her some advise on various of thing .. and even to ask her to be careful. He asked her to meet again the next day in the hse to check if all the stuff is OK and to sign the agreement. So the next day .. eager to show me the new hse, she asked me to come together.. We met with the guy. He seems to be a decent and nice guy. She give him balance of RM300 to him. While in the hse ... he want to borrow my friend's handphone as his handphone no battery to call his wife. He claimed that his wife doesn't really remember which unit and she the one yg bwk agreement tu.... So she let him use it.. As her password keep on pop-up, she tell him the password as well...  While we checking the hse .. we noticed he is gone.. Initially we thought he went to get his wife kat bawah.. After a while and he doesn't show up .. thing get weird. Then we saw a log book that kind of tell the hse is actually a homestay with Malay name as the owner... I call my friend's phone and it has been switch off.. Call the number in the log book and confirm the hse is not his. He just rent it for a day. The real owner of the hse asked us to wait for him. While waiting .. ada sorang lagi budak datang .. and guess what .. he is the second victim.. or should I say the first as he paid to him first.  Not sure how many people yg kena lagi.. So we do police report etc ... So end of story.. My friend's phone worth 2.8k and she just bought it for 2 wks.
I tried my best to think and see if anything that he do wrong that we can detect that he was lying and doing the conjob... He kind of smooth .. and I think .. i might fall into his con too.... Emmm the only thing that really wrong is the hse is too good to be truth with RM650 for a fully furnished hse... But again as he from KL.. we kind of give justification for it.
When I see the hse I pretty sure it was a homestay but instead of questioning that .. what i thought ...the business wasn't do well as the place a bit outskirt or he had a hard time maintaining it as his from KL. So he just want a quick and easy way and just rent it to people. Actually i want to question him though .. not because I'm suspicious but because I want to know if homestay really not making money that he want to rent it out instead... Actually there are a few facts that I know but somehow instead of question it .. i make justification and wonder. For example the rent is RM650. For almost the same size of hse, I have to pay bank Rm750.. With the renovation, it should be more. So I wonder how he can afford to give ppl the rent RM650.. But I thought he might buy cash that save him the hassle of bank interest.. and as I saw some flaws in the renovation, I tot he might do his own renovation which will save even further. Maybe that the reason he can rent it for RM650... Dushhhh .. next time I should use my brain better ... and asked question instead of try my hard to figure thing out  and dont live in la-la land...
He really smooth in talking and using people weakness to do the conjob... He just make it little bit cheaper than market price and people lines up for it... He make its like the demand is high and make people want to seal the deal as soon as possible.
If you from penang and looking for hse to rent... Please be carefull. His name is steven but I dont think he use the same name again... Dont just being fooled with the good deal that you get. The rules of thumb .. there is no such thing as easy thing .. no rezeki terpijak concept etc.. There is always something hide beneath a good deal... Make sure we do all the precaution.. If thing is not meant for us, it will never be .. Don't rush on something... When we rush we tend to make lots of justification for it..
